Return Policy

You can refuse your order for any reason and return the goods of proper quality (the kimono is unworn and in a marketable condition) within 14 calendar days from the date of payment, don't counting the day of purchase.

- cash on delivery payment at the Nova Post branch;

- crediting the payment to a Privat Bank/Monobank card.

The return of goods is carried out at the expense of the client (payment for Nova Post services). Refunds are made to the buyer's card after checking the goods

NOTE:

When you return a product, you need to call one of our numbers, tell the online store employee your order number, the article you are returning, and the TTN (bill of lading) number in order to receive your return as quickly as possible and make a refund.

If you refuse a parcel at a Nova Post branch / when delivered by a company courier without paying the cost of the order (received-refused), you must pay the cost of returning the goods.
